The seventh edition of the World Series Finals was played in the AFAS Live Arena in Amsterdam from 29 to 31 October. Jonny Clayton secures the title after a final against Dimitri Van den Bergh. In an exciting match he is too strong and beats the Belgian 11-6.

For Jonny Clayton the tournament starts with a convincing 6-1 win against Vincent van der Voort. In the quarter finals he seems to have no chance against current world champion Gerwyn Price, but after a wonderful comeback he wins 10-9. In the semi-final he is very strong again and he gives Michael van Gerwen almost no chance by winning 11-6.

Dimitri Van den Bergh begins against José de Sousa and wins the battle 6-3. In a very exciting quarter final, he beats his fellow countryman Kim Huybrechts 10-8 and in the semi-final he is too strong for Krzysztof Ratajski with a 11-8 win.

The biggest surprise of the tournament is Niels Zonneveld. He stunts with victories against Dave Chisnall and Gary Anderson. In the quarter final 'Polish Eagle' Krzysztof Ratajski is too strong for the Dutchman.
