The European Darts Grand Prix was held in Sindelfingen, Germany from April 19-21. It’s the 4th EuroTour in 2024. This year, Gary Anderson takes home the title, after beating Ross Smith in the final.
Anderson starts the tournament off in the second round against Filipino Christian Perez, whom he beats 6-3. In the next round, he is up against Welshman Gerwyn Price. He leaves the stage after a 4-6 defeat. The Scotsman proves unstoppable and beats Josh Rock from Northern Ireland in the next round 6-5. In the semi-finals he beats Englishman Rob Cross 7-5 for a spot in the final.
Ross Smith also starts his tournament in the second round and reaches the final after beating Luke Woodhouse (6-2), Ritchie Edhouse (6-5), Damon Heta (6-5) and Michael van Gerwen (7-6). This is the first EuroTour final for Smudger.

This is the second EuroTour trophy for Gary Anderson, who has played three EuroTour finals in total. His first victory was ten years ago in 2014 at the German Darts Championship in Hildesheim.
