In 2010 the tournament moves back to Germany, where it is played in Dinslaken. Taylor completes a trio of victories in 2010. His surprising opponent in the final this year is Wayne Jones. Jones beats an impressive list of names on his way to the final. Alongside Barney he also beats Lewis, Thornton and Lloyd. In the final, he has no chance against “The Power”. Taylor beats Jones 11-1. Although Taylor wins a third successive title it wasn’t always easy. Especially in the semi-final against Terry Jenkins he overcomes a scare with a 11-10 victory.

Of the five Dutch players in this year’s tournament only Raymond van Barneveld reaches the quarterfinals where Wayne Jones beats him. For the first time in history there is a complete Dutch podium on the stage of a TV tournament when Jelle Klaasen plays Vincent van der Voort in the first round. Two players from the Netherlands playing each other has already occurred, but the referee for this match is fellow Dutchman Jacques Nieuwlaat which is a first for a major TV event. Klaasen wins the match, but also falls to Mark Walsh.
