On the 27th of November, Corey Cadby became the 2017 PDC Youth World Championship in Minehead. He was far too strong for Berry van Peer in the final, whom he defeated 6-2.
The Australian ace qualified fort he final on the 16th of October by defeating Martin Schindler and Dimitri van den Bergh amongst others. Van Peer reached the final with a 6-0 victory over Kenny Neyens in the semi-final.
