The Czech Darts Open will be held in Prague, Czech Republic from October 18-20. Luke Humphries takes home the 2024 title after beating Kim Huybrechts 8-1 in the final.
Humphries starts the tournament in the second round versus Ritchie Edhouse, whom he beats 6-2. In the next round he is up against Gian van Veen, who gets sent home after a 6-2 loss. In the quarter final he beats Mike the Decker with the same 6-2 score. Humphries meets Luke Littler in the semi-final. Both men throw an impressive 100+ average, but in the end it’s Humphries that goes to the final with a 7-4 score.
Cool Hand Luke places for the final against Kim Huybrechts. The Hurricane also starts the tournament in the second round and reaches the final after beating Luke Woodhouse (6-5), Pavel Drtil (6-4), Jermaine Wattimena (6-4) and Niels Zonneveld (7-6).

However, after restoring his two-leg buffer to lead 3-1, Humphries conjures up three consecutive 12-darters to assume total control – including a sumptuous 132 checkout on the bull in leg five. Huybrechts has no answer to Humphries’ relentless brilliance, and the World Champion powers to victory in ruthless fashion to secure his seventh European Tour title.
