The second Australian Darts Masters was held in Wollongong, Australia, on August 8 and 9. The PDC is sending eight players to Wollongong to compete against strong players from the Oceania region. This year, the players are Mike de Decker, Luke Littler, Stephen Bunting, Chris Dobey, Luke Humphries, Josh Rock, and Gerwyn Price.
Luke Littler begins the tournament against New Zealander Haupai Puha, whom he defeats 6-1. In the quarterfinals, he defeats Australian numer one Damon Heta 6-3. In the semifinals, he faces Stephen Bunting, whom he defeats 7-4, for a place in the final against Mike de Decker.
The Belgian starts the tournament against Australian Brandon Weening (6-2) and reaches the final after victories over Luke Humphries (6-0) and Chris Dobey (7-4).
Luke Littler claimed his third World Series of Darts title with an impressive 8-4 victory over Mike De Decker in the final of the KenoGO Australian Darts Masters on Saturday.
De Decker defied a strong start from Littler to level the match at 2-2 on Saturday, but the teenage superstar regained control with two superb legs. The world number two followed up a brilliant 143 finish with an 11-darter to take a 4-2 lead, although De Decker managed to reduce the deficit to 6-4.
Littler, however, responded with a brilliant 12-darter to edge victory at 7-4, before completing a 14-darter break to cap a dominant campaign in Australia.
Littler arrived in Australia fresh from winning the World Matchplay title two weeks earlier, and the world champion continued his winning streak in Wollongong.
