The Breaffy House Resort, County Mayo, is the home of darts from September 20-24.

History is being written in Castlebar because England is the first country ever to win all three overall titles in one year. In addition, Catalonia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania get their first introduction to the unsurpassed WDF World Cup Youth feeling.

Singles
In the singles, the titles go to the Netherlands and England. The boys final is particularly spectacular. Jimmy Hendriks takes the title by beating German youngster Max Hopp 6-4 in the final. The bronze is for Jake Jones from England and Aaron Knox from Finland. It is a lot less exciting in the girls. Fallon Sherrock loses only two legs in the entire tournament. She wins the final 6-0 against Courtney Mulder from South Africa. It is also the fourth time that South Africa has won a silver medal in the girl’s singles. This year the bronze goes to Valery Shvets from Russia and Jade Whitworth from Australia.

Mixed Pairs
The mixed pairs is also prey for England. In the semi-finals Fallon Sherrock & Jake Jones beat the Dutch duo Jimmy Hendriks & Annet van Elten. In the final Max Hopp & Ann-Kathrin Wigman from Germany are beaten 6-3. The other bronze is for Natasha Gregersen & Daniel Jensen from Denmark.

Overall World Cup Youth
The overall title is, alongside victories in the mixed pairs and the girl singles also for the English duo Fallon Sherrock & Jake Jones with 74 points. Max Hopp & Ann-Kathrin Wigmann take silver with 56 points and Jimmy Hendriks & Annet van Elten from the Netherlands win bronze with 42 points.
