The seventh edition of the Winmau World Masters Youth was held on 11 and 12 December 1992 in the Earls Court Park Inn International Hotel, London.

Leeanne Maddock from Wales won the tournament for the first time. In the final she was too strong for German Christian Lechtken: 3-1. Maddock became the first and only girl to win the World Masters in the mixed era.
