The 2026 Saudi Arabia Darts Masters took place from 19 to 20 January 2026 at the Global Theater in Riyadh, marking the second event of the 2026 World Series of Darts. The tournament featured 16 players — eight from the PDC and eight invited Asian Tour representatives — competing for a £100,000 prize fund, with £30,000 for the winner. It was the first time the event was held in Saudi Arabia as part of the World Series schedule.
In the opening round, most of the PDC top names progressed to the next stage. Luke Littler defeated Paul Lim 6–1, Gerwyn Price beat Alexis Toylo 6–0, and Nathan Aspinall overcame Lourence Ilagan 6–1. Michael van Gerwen began his campaign with a 6–1 win over Nitin Kumar, while Gian van Veen recorded a 6–2 victory against Motomu Sakai. Other first‑round results included Stephen Bunting defeating Tomoya Goto 6–1 and Luke Humphries beating Ryusei Azemoto 6–2. The only surprise of the round came from Man-Lok Leung, who beat Danny Noppert 6-3.
In the quarter‑finals, Luke Littler continued his strong form by defeating Gian van Veen 6–4. Michael van Gerwen also advanced with a 6–4 win over Stephen Bunting, while Nathan Aspinall beat Man Lok Leung 6–4. Gerwyn Price secured a 6–5 victory against Luke Humphries to reach the semi‑finals.
The semi‑finals produced two competitive contests. Michael van Gerwen defeated Nathan Aspinall 7–5, and Luke Littler progressed with a 7–5 win over Gerwyn Price, setting up a final between Littler and van Gerwen.
In the final, Luke Littler defeated Michael van Gerwen 8–5 to win the tournament. Littler took control of the match early and maintained his lead to secure the title. The victory marked Littler’s fifth World Series title. His winning performance came just before his 19th birthday, further underlining his rise in the sport.
With this win, Luke Littler added the inaugural Saudi Arabia Darts Masters to his list of achievements, defeating some of the world’s leading players along the way. Michael van Gerwen, despite the loss in the final, reached another World Series final in a season that began with victory in Bahrain.
