The 24th edition of the Winmau World Masters Youth was held on 4, 5 and 6 September 2009 in the Royal Spa, Bridlington.

After losing the final last year, Jamie Lewis managed to win the tournament this time. The Welshman defeated Jeffrey Stigter from the Netherlands in the final. In the girls tournament, Zoe Jones from England won her first title. In the final, she beat Emily Davidson from Scotland 4-1.
