On 21 and 22 October 2005, the 20th edition of the Winmau World Masters Youth was held in the Royal Spa, Bridlington.

Jonny Nijs became the first Dutch player who won the Winmau World Masters Youth. In the boys final, he beat fellow Dutchman Sven van Dun. Laura Tye from England won the girls tournament after defeating Carla Molema from the Netherlands in the final: 4-2.
